Himalayan Recovery is our physiotherapy-led programme, built for guests recovering from injury, strain or surgery. A full physiotherapy assessment on arrival — posture, movement and mobility — guides manual therapy and selected electrotherapy modalities, always administered by a qualified physiotherapist.
Ayurvedic recovery support and gentle, walking-pole-assisted forest movement round out the programme, so recovery happens alongside genuine rest, not in a purely clinical setting.

Every inclusion below is personalised by your physician following an on-site assessment on arrival.
5 nights, chosen with your physiotherapist based on your recovery stage. Single or shared occupancy available.
Please share your medical history, any surgical reports and current physiotherapy notes in your pre-arrival questionnaire, so your plan can be prepared in advance.
Hands-on therapy targeting your specific recovery needs, guided by your initial assessment and adjusted as you progress.
Technology-assisted recovery, commonly used to support circulation and reduce muscular tension after activity or injury.
Traditional therapy coordinated with your physiotherapy plan, supporting the body's broader recovery alongside targeted treatment.
Himalayan Recovery still follows our six-stage rhythm — Arrive, Pause, Restore, Rebalance, Transform, Return — so structured physiotherapy happens alongside genuine rest, not instead of it.
This depends entirely on your procedure and your surgeon's clearance. Please share your surgical reports and any clearance documentation in your pre-arrival questionnaire so our physiotherapist can confirm suitability and timing.
