EKAM — 128 hospitals. 25+ years. One Himalayan resort.

Panchakarma is EKAM's most classical offering — the traditional five-action Ayurvedic purification journey, followed under strict physician supervision from your first day to your last. Your stay moves through three distinct phases: Purvakarma (preparation), the Panchakarma procedures themselves, and Paschatkarma (recovery and integration).
Because Panchakarma is a genuine clinical process and not a spa treatment, every stage is governed by continuous medical monitoring, with emergency safety equipment on site throughout — and a duration long enough for the process to unfold properly, not rushed to fit a holiday.

Every inclusion below is personalised by your physician following an on-site assessment on arrival.
14 nights, chosen with your physician based on your case history. Single occupancy is recommended, given the clinical nature of the process.
A detailed medical questionnaire and case history review is required before booking. Panchakarma is not recommended during certain medical conditions — your physician will confirm suitability in advance.
A medicated enema therapy, considered in classical Ayurveda to be central to Panchakarma. Administered strictly under physician protocol, with sterile equipment and clinical governance throughout.
A nasal therapy using sterile consumables, administered under physician protocol as part of your prescribed sequence.
Oil-based oleation paired with herbal steam, preparing the body ahead of the Panchakarma procedures themselves.
Even a clinical process like Panchakarma follows our six-stage rhythm — Arrive, Pause, Restore, Rebalance, Transform, Return — so the depth of the process never feels clinical in tone, only in care.
Panchakarma is a genuine three-phase clinical process. Each phase — preparation, the procedures themselves, and recovery — needs enough time to unfold properly. Compressing it risks an incomplete or unsafe process, which is why we don't offer a shorter version.
No — certain medical conditions make Panchakarma unsuitable. Your detailed medical questionnaire and case history are reviewed by our physicians before your stay is confirmed, and an alternative programme may be recommended instead.
Your protocol is determined by your physician based on your case history and constitution, not selected from a menu. This is core to how Panchakarma is practised safely and effectively.
Guests often describe the Panchakarma phase as intense — physically and sometimes emotionally. Our physicians and Ayurveda team stay closely involved throughout, and this is a normal, expected part of a genuine cleansing process.
Your physician will provide preparatory guidance ahead of your stay, which may include dietary adjustments in the days leading up to your arrival.
The programme is deliberately restful and detox-focused; guests are generally advised to keep external commitments minimal during this period.
A gradual re-introduction to regular routine and diet is guided by your physician, an important part of the overall process.
Some guests choose to return periodically as part of an ongoing preventive wellness routine, though this depends entirely on individual goals and physician guidance.
A gentler classical Ayurvedic fortnight, without the Panchakarma clinical procedures.
