These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EKAM website, and your booking or use of any EKAM resort stay, spa or therapy session, wellness programme, day clinic, hospital service, Longevity Lab assessment or fertility programme (together, the “Services”), operated under the EKAM brand by Jeena Sikho (“EKAM,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website, making a booking, or using any EKAM Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

02 Our Services

EKAM Luxury Wellness Resort offers a range of wellness, hospitality and clinical services at our single Himalayan address in Kullu Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India, including but not limited to wellness resort stays, Ayurvedic and spa therapies, guided wellness journeys, preventive health and Longevity Lab assessments, and fertility clinics and guided fertility programmes. EKAM is part of the wider Jeena Sikho ecosystem, which separately operates a nationwide network of hospitals and day care centres across India.

Descriptions of Services on this website are for general informational purposes. Availability of specific therapies, programmes and clinical services varies by destination and is confirmed at the time of booking.

03 Bookings & Reservations

Bookings may be made through our website enquiry form, by phone, or by email, and are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our guest relations team.

• Bookings are subject to availability at the relevant destination.
• Certain wellness journeys, Longevity Lab assessments and fertility programmes may require a preliminary consultation before a booking can be confirmed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information at the time of booking, where requested.

04 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by Service and destination, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

• Resort stays and wellness journeys are generally subject to a cancellation window, outside of which a cancellation fee may apply.
• Clinical appointments, including at our fertility clinic and Longevity Lab, may carry separate cancellation policies in line with standard clinical practice.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period following approval.

We ask all guests to treat EKAM staff, practitioners and fellow guests with courtesy and respect. EKAM reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay, without refund, in cases of conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others, or that is abusive toward staff or other guests.

Prices for Services are quoted at the time of enquiry or booking and may vary by destination, season and programme duration. All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Applicable taxes will be added where relevant.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and the EKAM name and brand marks — is the property of EKAM / Jeena Sikho or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
